Upper-Intermediate: this course is for students whose current level is assessed at upper-intermediate equivalent to IELTS 5, TOEFL 500 on paper. |

Maximum number of students – 22. However classes are typically a lot smaller than this. |
Skills |
This course provides an introduction to the vocabulary and concepts necessary for the study or practice of law in the UK: legal systems, types of law, law firms, legal education, law practice, etc. |
Objective |
Develop a good general knowledge of: basic legal concepts, key areas of business law, legal occupations, professional legal training, legal documents, and bodies of law; increase their legal (& general) English vocabulary; develop skills relevant to the Cambridge ILEC exam. |
Books |
Course books are included in the tuition fee. Any additional books will need to be bought at the student’s own expense. Students can buy books from the College or other sources. |
Exam Fees |
Exam fees for external exams are not included. They are set by the relevant examining body. |
