Maximum number of students – 16. However classes are typically a lot smaller than this. |
Skills |
Medical vocabulary (anatomy, diseases, equipment, therapies, etc.); colloquial vocabulary (medical slang, idioms, expressions, etc.); practising the 4 main skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing) in medical scenarios; information on finding a job in the healthcare industry, etc. |
Objective |
The course is intended for all medical staff (nurses, doctors, dentists, etc.) and medical graduates to help them improve their knowledge of real medical English used in clinics, hospitals, and care homes in the UK. |
