If I want to apply for Excel College and I live outside Europe what do I need to show you?

  1. English language qualification
  2. Bank statements

If you accept my application, what will you do next?
If you meet the UK Home Office requirements we will give you a CAS number. You should use this number in your visa application. The British Embassy can then use this number to check that we have accepted you onto one of our courses.

What are the most common reasons that a visa application is rejected by the British Embassy?
In our experience, non-European students will often get rejected for:

  1. Using an English qualification that is not on official paper and cannot be checked.
  2. Submitting documents that have not been translated into English.
  3. Not having enough money in their bank account.

What visa rules must I obey in the UK?
There are a number of restrictions, but the main ones for Excel College students are:

  1. You must keep Excel College informed of changes to your contact details.
  2. You cannot miss 10 classes or we must tell the Home Office.
  3. You cannot do paid work for more than 10 hours per week.

If I pay a deposit but then change my mind, can I get a refund?
If you change your mind within 7 days of paying your deposit we can refund you (minus an admin fee). After 7 days we will only refund you if your visa is rejected. There is no refund if your visa is rejected because you used a fake document.
